KARLI ORMAN ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş. was established in 2000 to deal with production and sales of Beech lumber. As an expansion it approached the furniture sector offering the production of formed plywood under the brand of KARLAMIN (www.karlamin.com). At a later stage a new division, name ENA, was formed to produce chairs, sofas, armchairs etc. (www.enachairs.com).
At present, company is located in İzmir with its 16.000 m2 of land with a roof area of 12.000 m2.
USTUNKARLI LOG SAWING LINES, the main shareholder, is one of the oldest & leading companies in Turkey in the field of sawmill machinery.
Currently Karlamin is involved in producing chairs, chair backs, chair seats, monoblock chairs, armchairs and custom-made products produced according to the customer’s specification. The customer’s detailed specifications are met at the highest level possible, thanks to Karlamin high quality and competitive prices. Karlamin is equipped to also supply its products fully painted.
In addition to meeting the domestic demand, export growth is most important.
Currently Karlamin exports to Germany, Holland, UK, Romania, Morocco , Israel and other middle-East countries.
Karlamin is well equipped to meet the customer’s demands thanks to its equipment range, expertise and qualified staff. The raw material is mainly beech wood imported from nearby countries like Bulgaria and Romania. The factory has 3 CNC machining centers with 5-axis. The CNC machines are equipped with the latest CAD-CAM technology and used for the production of male / female pressing moulds and processing the products to a high accuracy level. The lamination technique uses 12 presses who provide excellent pressed products and warrants the specifications of the ordered items.
Quality control inspection is applied to the raw material, the production process and the finished goods. Packaging and delivery is made to the customer instructions.
